Day 1: Basic level
Learn step by step how to handle basic accounting tasks in Xero to support better decision-making. You’ll cover everything from bookkeeping, managing invoices and purchase orders, to tracking expenses, setting up reports, using the dashboard, and understanding financial statements—all within Xero.
Day 2: Intermediate level
Learn how to correctly set up and manage Xero’s advanced features to support managers, executives, and business owners in their daily operations. This includes budgeting, inventory, project and asset management, fixed assets, chart of accounts, multi-currency handling, and activity tracking.
Day 3: Advanced level
Managing the dashboard report in Xero as well as advanced accounting functions for tax, inventory & sales and bank reconciliation.

Minimum 75% attendance is required in order to complete the course and receive the course completion certificate

What are the dates, schedule, and duration of the course?
The course is three full days (21 hours total), running from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM each day.
Are there group discounts or private/in‑house options?
Yes.
- For 4 participants together: 5% discount each
- For 5 participants together: 10% discount each
- For groups of at least 12 people: Inspizone can conduct private/in‑house training, and they can customise the outline. Fee depends on group size and customisation.
