1. Making notes (Adding Comments)

Choose the comment thumbnail to open up the comment pane once more- you will see the chosen comment highlighted. Choose the reply open and type in your own comment before pressing Enter. Your reply will appear below the original reply in a new thumbnail.
4. Deleting Comments
Choose the comment you want deleted and locate the review tab, You can delete the comment straightaway once you find it. But if you wish to delete more than just one comment, make sure to use the drop down arrow under the delete command and choose Delete all comments, be it in this slide or all comments in the powerpoint slides.
5. Comparing Powerpoint Presentations
Microsoft Powerpoint allows users to compare two different versions of their presentation and deciding the changes to be included in the finalised version through the compare feature. To compare, open one of the powerpoint versions and choose the review tab. Under said tab, you will find the compare group options. Choose compare and you will see a dialog box that prompts you for the second file version. Choose and open it so that the revisions pane can area with the comparisons.
